LV-HB-40S All-duties Pump is wide-range in application, can be used for construction of ground cushion, main structure of buildings, tunnels, mines, bridges and culverts, hydropower and national defense construction.the hopper of this machine shall be connected with the wet mortar transportion truck directly via the pipe conveying long distance to the construction site. The pump equipment have important function as shotcrete  except the  pumpcrete transportation on site condition.
The most important, it is portable and mini concrete pump widely used in specific construction condition.

Unique automatic centralized dual lubrication system, lubricate to every point of the system directly;.
Independent dual cooling system: Oil-air cooler, high cooling power, can effectively reduce the heat generated by hydraulic system operation; Oil-water cooler, there are no shelters in the summer, oil temperature could be risen quickly under the direct solar radiation, start the water cooler to help cool down.Both can ensure the reliability of hydraulic system operation.

Adopted with rigid and wearable alloy materials, S-tube, glass-like plate and cutting ring have longer longevity;

High pressure for output, can meet all kinds of construction requirements;

Cast one-piece piston, more suitable for using high pressure, much longer service life. With anti-pump function, can minimize blockage in pipelines;
